  •  Will my jewelry tarnish or turn my skin green?

No. All of our jewelry pieces have a stainless steel base that is PVD coated in 18k gold. This means that there is a thick layer of gold vacuum bonded to the base metal making it highly resistant to tarnish. Say goodbye to green fingers and hello to long lasting, shiny pieces.

  • Is there a warranty on my jewelry?

Yes. We have recently introduced our Stay Golden Promise. The Stay Golden promise is a 1 year warranty that protects your jewelry against any signs of oxidization or discolouration for one year from the delivery date. On the chance that this does occur, Vermeil will replace the item with the same item or another item of your choice of equal or lesser value. Read about our 'Stay Golden' Promise here.

  • I have sensitive skin, is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes, all of our jewelry pieces are nickel, lead and cadmium-free, making them safe for sensitive skin. 

  • Can I wear my jewelry in the shower, pool and ocean?

Yes. You can wear your jewelry in the shower, pool and ocean. If you swim with your pieces, we suggest giving them a rinse with freshwater afterwards and thoroughly drying. We do not suggest wearing pieces with cubic zirconia settings in water as it could cause the stones to lift

  • Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide. You can read through our shipping policy to see shipping rates and times for your country.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders worldwide with a subtotal of $75.00 CAD (before taxes and discounts) This will be applied automatically at checkout for qualifying orders.

  • Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, local pickup is available in Georgina, Ontario, Canada. You must select this option at checkout. You will receive a detailed confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup.

  • How do I find my ring size?

There are two different methods that you can use to find your ring size. Our Ring Sizing Guide can help you find your ring size. We do not carry half sizes, so we suggest sizing up if you are between sizes. 

  • My rings don't fit, can I return them?

Yes. You have 30 days from the order date to contact us to initiate a return. Please view our Refund Policy for more information. 

  • Can I cancel or edit my order once it's been placed?

No. Orders cannot be cancelled or edited once they are placed. We work hard to fulfill and ship out orders as quickly as possible. Please make sure that you are 100% certain and apply any discounts before placing your order. 

  • How does Afterpay work?

What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without interest. The first payment is made at checkout.

How do I use Afterpay?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Instalments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, and returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
